China and Iceland has signed a free trade agreement, part of imported goods from Iceland to China can enjoy preferential tariff rate even better than most-favoured-nation rates, at the same time part of goods we exported to Iceland can also enjoy more preferential tax rate of taxes in customs.But still there is the constraint condition of original certifate,transport ducoment ,etc..At present ,the general administration said,if the AA class production-enterprises in the customs area apply for the “Approved Exporter”,then this enterprises’ cargo  export to Iceland can submit the “original statement “ directly, it is no need to apply for the “certifate of Origin” ,it is more convenient.
